We often get asked whether communities charge extra to accommodate our fee. The answer is no. Contractually, they are not allowed to and, in fact, depend on us to bring them qualified residents. We understand the market and what is a “right fit” for each individual property. By making proper, thoughtful referrals, we are valued partners to both our clients and the communities we represent.
