The building is designed with four distinct “neighborhoods.” Each neighborhood cares for residents with similar cognitive abilities from mild cognitive impairment to the end stages of Alzheimer’s and other dementias. The building has 24/7 nursing oversight and an RN Director of Health Service. A roundtable assessment allows all department heads to meet with a resident’s family and loved ones prior to move in to determine needs, likes and possible triggers.

Value-priced assisted living and memory care next door to Tarzana Medical Center. Newly renovated with a bright, cheerful courtyard. Dementia waiver for the entire building means residents with mild MCI can live in assisted living. Flat-screen televisions with the cable provided, as is Wi-Fi and VOIP telephone. A great location for those looking for an economical alternative.
